In hotels with private parking, we have reserved spaces for people with reduced mobility (PRM). If such parking is not available, we will provide you with information on accessible alternatives.
We have a specific protocol for guide dogs and/or assistance dogs (including a bed and water bowl in the room). Please inform us if you are traveling with your guide dog and/or assistance dog so we can have everything ready upon your arrival.
