Inclusion Experiences

Our hotels offer not only comfort and quality, but also a strong commitment to diversity and accessibility. At ILUNION Hotels, inclusion is not an additional feature, it’s part of our essence. Because we believe that travel, rest and enjoyment should not depend on abilities, but on dreams.

ILUNION WORLD OF INCLUSION

We want to build a better world for everyone

Accessibility

Each of our hotels has been conceived with the firm conviction that comfort should be available to everyone. Barrier-free spaces and rooms where information can also be read with your fingers thanks to Braille signage.

Employability

We are a Special Employment Centre. The company has been recognised for its focus on the employability of people with disabilities, integrating them in various roles and departments.

Proud Certified

Travel Proud is the way to make travel a more inclusive experience for the LGTBIQ+ community. All our hotels have completed a Proud Hospitality training session, which helps us to understand and connect with the LGTBIQ+ travel community.

Heated swimming pools

There’s nothing like a few lengths to get the day off to a good start. Many of our hotels have heated swimming pools open all year round, so you can continue to enjoy your favourite sport.

ILUNION Hotels is the hotel division of the Grupo Social ONCE, the only model of its kind in the world, that seeks to promote sustainable, responsible, inclusive and accessible tourism.
