1 Purpose and responsible entities
The ILUNION Hotels loyalty programme is free of charge and is aimed at individuals of legal age. Its benefit consists of a linear discount of 10% under the terms of section 5. It does not include additional benefits or the generation of new points, except for the recognition of previous transactions that may be applicable under the transitional regime.
The programme belongs to ILUNION Hotels. These terms and conditions govern the ILUNION Hotels loyalty programme, its registration, membership of the programme, benefits, communications and cancellation from the programme, and replace the conditions of the UNICOS programme previously in force, dated September 2025, and apply to all members, new and existing. The programme is free of charge and is aimed at individuals of legal age. The responsible entities, which act as joint data controllers, are:

Hereinafter, jointly known as "ILUNION Hotels".
The final trade name and effective date will be incorporated upon approval. Reference to UNICOS identifies the previous program and does not constitute a decision to maintain the above mark.
2 Registration and membership requirements
Individuals at least 18 years of age who provide the required data and accept these conditions may register free of charge. The accounts will be personal and non-transferable. The member's data must allow them to verify their identity and their relationship with the reservations in which they request the benefits of the program.
Registration will be carried out through the official channels of ILUNION Hotels through the Roiback platform. The user will provide truthful information and keep their data updated. The forms will identify the mandatory and optional fields.
Registration will require acceptance of the terms and conditions and confirmation of reading the privacy policy. Consents for commercial communications and, where applicable, for personalisation profiling will be requested separately and optionally, using unchecked boxes.
The refusal or withdrawal of these optional consents will not prevent you from belonging to the program or enjoying the discount. The processing necessary to manage the account and reservations will be described in the privacy policy, with its corresponding legal bases.
The confirmation of registration and access instructions will be sent to the email address provided by the user.
3 Account and preference center
The member will be able to consult and update their data through the private area and manage their privacy preferences and the consents granted through the preference center. They will also be able to exercise their rights through the channels indicated in the privacy policy.
The user must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and report access incidents through ILUNION Hotels' service channels.
When incorrect data is detected, it will be requested to be updated. If the member does not respond to the requirement within 14 calendar days, ILUNION Hotels may process the suspension or cancellation of the account, after informing of its effects and without cancelling validly formalised bookings for that reason alone.
Duplicate accounts will not be allowed. Their regularization will be carried out by verifying ownership, preserving valid reservations and reviewing the corresponding points balance. Reservations or valid points will not be automatically deleted by the mere detection of a duplicity.
4 Communications to partners
ILUNION Hotels will send the necessary communications to manage the account, confirm registration, facilitate access, inform of modifications to conditions and attend to the operations of the programme.
During the transition, information will be provided on the available points, their expirations and the redemptions or regularisations made. Commercial communications will be managed in accordance with the member's preferences and privacy policy.
Substantial modifications will be communicated sufficiently in advance, indicating their scope, date of application and effects.
ILUNION Hotels will individually inform each member, by email: (i) of the modification of these conditions, at least [30] days before its application; (ii) after December 28, 2026, of its final balance of points, the date of calculation, the expiration date of use and the redemption procedure; and (iii) before December 28, 2027, of the initial balance communicated, the points consumed, the remaining balance and the final expiration date.
5 Program Benefits
Members will enjoy a linear discount of 10% on the rate applicable to their booking. The price displayed or communicated will identify the application of the programme discount.
The new model does not include additional benefits for membership, such as early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, levels, actions or challenges with reward. Nor does it generate new points from the date of termination that is communicated and validated.
The discount does not in itself modify the conditions of payment, modification or cancellation of the contracted rate. The benefits already incorporated into previously formalized reservations will be treated in accordance with the contracting conditions of those reservations.
The scope by channels, rates and concepts, compatibility with promotions and the joint application of the discount and points will be specified in this section before publication, in accordance with the decisions set out in the validation annex.
From 28 October 2026, members will enjoy a 10% discount on all public sale rates, compatible with other promotions and optional discounts. Until 28 December 2026, members will continue to earn points in accordance with section 6.1. The discount may be applied in conjunction with the redemption of points on the same booking
6 Transitional regime of points
6 1 Cessation of Generation and Previous Operations
The ordinary generation of new points will end on the date approved and communicated to the members. October 28, 2026 is the date initially proposed and will not be final until the validations are completed.
Valid points accumulated prior to the change will be retained. Points accrued in accordance with the above conditions that are pending credit will also be recognized. Migration will not in itself result in their elimination.
The processing of previous bookings with a subsequent stay, actions in progress, partially completed challenges and subscriptions with pending periods will be expressly defined before the termination is notified. Actions whose requirements have not been met will not be considered automatically completed.
6 2 Equivalence and nature
The equivalence of 100 points for 1 euro discount will be maintained. Points constitute a right to a discount, are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred between members. For other currencies, the equivalence will be calculated based on their value in euros and the exchange rate applicable to the transaction, of which the customer will be informed.
6 3 Exchange procedure
From the date of transition communicated, the redemption will be made exclusively through the ILUNION Hotels Contact Center. It will no longer be available through self-service in the booking engine and at the hotel reception.
The Contact Center will check the identity of the member and the available balance, inform the amount of the discount and manually apply it to the price offered to the customer. After confirming the redemption, it will manually update the balance to avoid duplicate use.
Before formalising the booking, the final price, the points used and the contracting conditions will be informed. The contact details and service schedules will be incorporated into the transition communication and the programme information before activating this procedure.

7 Account and Reserve Transition
The change of platform will not in itself imply the elimination of accounts, existing reservations or valid points. Formalized reservations will retain their contracting conditions.
Members will be instructed to access the new environment and reset their password when necessary. The privacy information will explain the processing of data during the transition and the management of existing preferences.
From 28 December 2026, the balances will be managed through an ILUNION Hotels control register that will reflect the initial balance, consumption, refunds and the remaining balance of each member. In the event of a discrepancy, the member may request the details of their movements.
8 Leave and suspension
The member may request the cancellation through the service channels enabled by ILUNION Hotels. The effects of the cancellation on the account and, during the transition, on the pending points will be informed before it becomes effective.
ILUNION Hotels may process the suspension or cancellation of the account for non-compliance with these conditions or for failure to update incorrect data after the foreseen requirement. Any measure will be notified to the member, indicating the reason and its effects.
The update of the programme will not in itself constitute a cause for the loss of valid points or the cancellation of bookings. The cancellation requested by the member will not entail the loss of the available points, which may be redeemed until 28 December 2027 if indicated in their request. The suspension for non-compliance will be notified with an indication of the reason and effects. On 28 December 2027, the redemption period will end and the management of points from the previous programme will be closed.
The previous rule of cancellation due to absence of transactions for 48 months from registration is subject to review to define, if necessary, the calculation of inactivity, prior communication and its relationship with data retention.
9 Data protection and privacy
ILUNION Hotels' privacy policy will describe the data controllers, the purposes, the legal bases, the recipients and suppliers, the retention periods, international transfers where applicable and the channels for exercising rights and contacting the DPO.
The registration will be managed through Roiback. Roiback (company name GLOBAL OBI S.L.U, NIF: B57667586) provides the programme platform as the data processor. The balance control register will be kept until 28 December 2027 and, subsequently, blocked during the limitation period for derivative actions.
These conditions do not presuppose the absence of recipients, sub-processors or international transfers.
Optional consents may be withdrawn through the preference centre or the channels provided for in the privacy policy, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to their withdrawal.

10 Modifications and entry into force
ILUNION Hotels may modify these conditions due to changes in regulations, technology or in its commercial strategy, giving notice at least 30 days in advance and in accordance with the applicable regulations. It does not reserve the right to reduce profits without prior notice. The member may unsubscribe before its application, retaining the right to redeem their points under the terms of section 6.
Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable Spanish legislation, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer and the corresponding alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
